PermalinkEuropean Law Professor Laurent Pech has shared the English translation of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) statement making explicit that the Polish government will continue to violate European Court of Human Rights’ rulings regarding Poland’s rule of law crisis and refuse from now on to pay compensation on account of their alleged constitutionality.
